Marija Zafirova

Marija Zafirova is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at JW Player since September 2022. In addition, Marija is the founder of Училница / ucilnica.com since 2020. Previous roles include Head of Talent at Luminovo from 2021 to 2022, HR & People Development Consultant at HASELT from 2018 to 2020, and Head of Recruitment at Matrix Global from 2016 to 2018. Marija also held the positions of Head of Human Resources at EURO BPO from 2014 to October 2016 and Director of Human Resources at Balkan Corporation Holding from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Marija worked with OSCE ODIHR in 2013 as National Office Coordinator and as an Assistant to the Logistics Expert in 2009. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from See University, both obtained between 2005 and 2008.
