Knud Nørbo

Knud Nørbo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Knud began their career in 1983 at Grindsted Sparekasse, where they worked as a bank clerk during their education period. From there, they joined Jyske Bank in 1986 and held various traditional banking roles until 1995. Knud then worked as a Consultant at Mercuri Urval from 1995 to 1998. Knud returned to Jyske Bank in 1998 and served as the Head of Organization for the Område Syd, Vejle until 2001. Knud then assumed the position of Head of Training and Development from 2001 to 2002, followed by Director of HR from 2002 to the present. Alongside their tenure at Jyske Bank, Knud has also served as a Board Member for DSEB/Danish Society for Education and Business from 2016 to 2022, Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening from 2016 to 2017, and NOCA - Network of Corporate Academies from 2008 to 2016. Overall, Knud Nørbo possesses extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, particularly in HR, training and development, and organizational management.

Knud Nørbo has a diverse education history. In 1990, they graduated from Aarhus University with a degree in Finance (HD). Knud furthered their education at the same university, obtaining a degree in Accounting (HD) in 1993. In 2004, Knud attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for the "Creating the Market-Focused Organization/Executive Program." Knud then attended the Copenhagen Business School in 2006 for a summer school program. Continuing their executive education, Knud completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in 2017. Finally, in 2023-2024, they attended CBS Bestyrelsesuddannelserne for an executive board education.
