Aatika Tariq has a range of work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Aatika has worked at K-Electric since 2014, starting as an Assistant Manager in Loss Control & Maintenance. In this role, they implemented loss reduction strategies and collaborated with upper management to achieve business objectives. From there, they moved up to Deputy Manager Learning & OD - Center of Expertise, where they ensured strategic alignment of the learning department with business goals. Aatika then served as a Technical Lead in L&OD - Center of Expertise, managing a portfolio of 11,000 plus employees and ensuring their skill development. Later, they became a Manager-Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed a portfolio of over 1,500 employees, partnered with business leaders, and led performance management processes. At K-Electric, they were also a Deputy General Manager responsible for employee experience and offboarding processes. Prior to K-Electric, Aatika worked at Aisha Steel Mills Limited as a Project Manager, accountable for meeting project scope, schedule, resource, and budget commitments. Aatika also led the project management team and negotiated for adequate resources. Aatika's earlier experience includes an internship at Siemens Pakistan Co. Ltd. Overall, they bring a diverse set of skills and experience in HR, project management, and employee development to their work.
Aatika Tariq holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Institute of Business Administration. Aatika also has a Master's degree in Energy Management from NED University of Engineering and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as HR Business Partnering, NLP Practitioner, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, and many more.
