Janine Payne

Janine Payne is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and project controls. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Berkshire Hathaway Energy since June 2022, Janine previously held the position of Project Controls Cost Lead at Bechtel Corporation from July 2011 to May 2022, where responsibilities included supervising a team, preparing management reports, and monitoring expenses. Prior to that, Janine worked as a Research Analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services for a short-term assignment in early 2011, providing critical analysis on corporate governance. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Solar Coca-Cola, focusing on Route-to-Market projects. Janine holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University, and both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brazilian institutions.
