Rhys Jones

Rhys Jones has over a decade of experience in account management and client services, currently serving as Group Account Director and CX Lead at KHWS since March 2010, with a progression through various account-related roles. Prior to this, Rhys gained experience as an intern at Pitch PR, where notable achievements included facilitating an Eden Park photoshoot with the Wales national team and attending the FA 2018 World Cup bid press day. Earlier experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Linea Resourcing involved successfully managing recruitment for building service engineers, while a brief stint as a Chalet Host at TUI included overseeing operations of a short-stay chalet in Val Thorens. Rhys holds a degree in Cognitive Science with a focus on Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Exeter, completed in 2006, and attended Cowbridge Comprehensive School from 1995 to 2002.
