Ashling Farrell has extensive work experience in customer experience and operations management. Ashling is currently the Director of Customer Experience at K Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Mindbody, where they led the Workforce Planning and Analysis team and implemented an operational acceleration model. Ashling also held multiple roles at Booker Software, including Director of Knowledge & Training and Director of Customer Support, where they oversaw a large team and implemented strategies to reduce customer churn. Additionally, they served as the Spa Director at Bliss and the Call Center Manager, where they improved revenue per call and reduced turnover.
Ashling Farrell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UMass Boston. Ashling also holds a KCS v6 Practices Certification from The KCS Academy.
