Shannan Smith

Shannan Smith, MPA, is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate at K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC since November 2023. Previously, Shannan worked at ICF as a Technical Assistance Specialist from October 2021 to October 2023, providing extensive support to federal and state-level programs, including strategic planning and training design related to early education and health standards.
