Jarrod Graetz

Jarrod Graetz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jarrod began their career as a Lecturer and Mentor at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) from 2004 to 2008. Jarrod then worked at Hope Media Limited (Hope 103.2) as a Breakfast Announcer and Assistant Content Director from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, they joined Stripe Pty Ltd as the Content Director, managing a programming team and building 30 radio stations. Jarrod was later promoted to General Manager, overseeing the full daily operations of the company and key relationships until 2009.

From 2009 to 2021, Jarrod held various roles including Director and Consultant at their own company, Jarrod Graetz Media, Non-Executive Director at Community Digital Radio (Melbourne) Pty Ltd, and Non-Executive Director at 3p Corporation Ltd.

Jarrod also served as the Vice President of Audio Streaming at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks starting in 2022. Additionally, they have held non-executive roles such as Non-Executive Director at Lutheran Media and Non-Executive Chairman at Warrambui Retreat and Conference Centre.

Throughout their career, Jarrod has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, recruitment, budgeting, contracts, external vendor and partner relationships, and governance.

Jarrod Graetz has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computers and Technology from the University of Canberra. In 1998, they pursued a Graduate Certificate of Commercial Radio from Swinburne University of Technology, specializing in Commercial Radio. In 2003, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Radio Programming from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, focusing on Radio. In 2004, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional degree in Windows XP from Dimension Data Learning. In 2015, they achieved a Certificate IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management from the National Finance Institute. Finally, in 2017, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors for the Foundations of Directorship program, concentrating on Governance.
