Alex Shayler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, customer relations, and technical skills in welding and fabrication. Currently serving as Senior VP of Operations (USA) at K-TIG since January 2020, Alex oversees customer support and leads R&D initiatives in innovative welding techniques. Previous roles include Senior Team Lead at ERIKS, where leadership was demonstrated across numerous high-profile projects for Thames Water, and Senior Hostel Management at Budapest Party Hostels, showcasing expertise in hospitality and team coordination. Alex's early career includes hands-on positions as a boilermaker and fitter at Australian Submarine Corporation and Ottoway Fabrication, further enhancing technical proficiencies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Construction Management at the University of South Australia, Alex's educational background is fortified with a graduate degree in Geography from St. Michael's College.
