This team comprises key figures in various domains, including the Founder, who provides visionary guidance; the HR VP, PRC, who oversees human resources and public relations in China; and the Senior Vice President, Regional Site In Charge, who manages regional operations. The Chief Editor orchestrates content creation and brand voice, while the CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations handle financial oversight and operational efficiency. The Vice President - Head of Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM spearheads digital initiatives and customer relationship management, and the Senior VP of K11 Operations & Leasing, who also serves as Commercial Planning Director for New World Development, focuses on operational and commercial strategies. Together, they ensure a cohesive execution of K11's unique brand ethos.
