This is a remote, part-time contractor role.

In this pivotal role, Instructional Coaches support new iteach teachers by providing them with specialized content expertise throughout their teaching residency.

As an Instructional Coach, you will have the unique opportunity to cultivate a thriving online community of learners. Your guidance will be instrumental in fostering an environment where both teachers and students exchange advice, share knowledge, and inspire each other to excel. Instructional Coach Qualifications

  • Actively teaching/coaching/instructing

  • Active State Specific Certification(s)

  • Master’s Degree

  • Experience as a teacher leader and/or instructional coach

  • Experience teaching in an online environment, preferred

Summary of Commitment:

  • Blended online asynchronous and synchronous support via Canvas

  • Grade and provide feedback on assignments

  • Host Zoom huddle sessions

  • Facilitate Discussion board(s)

  • Provide one on one support as needed

  • 2 semester commitment
