Rob McFarland

Chief Commercial Officer at K2 Corporate Mobility

Rob McFarland has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting from 1997, they worked at PwC Consulting in a role related to global deployment. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the International HR Manager at Herbert Smith. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they worked as the International Compensation & Benefits Manager at AMEC. Moving forward, they joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 and held various positions, including Global Mobility Services - Regional Manager for India until September 2014. Rob then joined Baker Hughes as the Global Mobility Director from October 2014 to March 2016. At Baker Hughes, a GE company, they served as the HR Director for the Middle East from March 2016 to July 2017 and then took on the role of HR Leader for Workforce Demand from July 2017 to March 2018. Currently, they are working at K2 Corporate Mobility, where they started as the COO from April 2018 to November 2020 and is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer.

Rob McFarland earned a Bsc (Hons) in Social & Management Science from Edinburgh Napier University from 1994 to 1998. Rob also attended Missouri Southern State University from 1996 to 1997 to study Business. Additionally, they attended Old Swinford Hospital, but no specific dates or degrees were provided.
