M. Al Bayati

M. Al Bayati has a range of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the field of wind farm foundations. They started their career at Ramboll as a Student Intern, where they gained experience in engineering drawing, stability verification, and foundation design. They then moved on to K2 Management, where they worked in various roles. As a Junior Specialist, they were responsible for the conceptual and detailed design of onshore wind farm foundations in multiple countries. They also conducted design reviews and evaluated risk parameters for different projects. In their subsequent role as a Specialist, Al Bayati became the Site Civil and Owners Engineer during the execution of foundation projects. They were involved in coordinating activities with contractors and developing repair plans. Currently, Al Bayati serves as a Senior Specialist at K2 Management, focusing on the early development of onshore wind farms in Asia and Europe. They are responsible for the civil Balance of Plant scope of work, including the preparation of Employers Requirement. Overall, M.
