Pauline Laporte Weywada has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles in the renewable energy sector. Pauline started their career at Supmeca as an Ingénieur Projet from November 2007 to February 2008. Pauline then worked at CNRS as an Ingénieur Chercheur from March 2008 to August 2008. After that, they joined EDF R&D as an Ingénieur Chercheur from April 2009 to October 2009.
In 2011, they joined DNV GL as a Mechanical Engineer in wave and tidal energy and worked there until November 2015. Pauline then worked as a Partner and Senior Engineer at Cruz Atcheson Consulting Engineers from December 2015 to September 2018, specialising in concept design, due diligence support, and project development support in the offshore renewable energy sector.
Since 2018, Pauline has been working at K2 Management, where they initially served as a Senior Consultant, supporting Civil Engineering projects until January 2021. Following this, they took on the role of Head of Civil Engineering, responsible for coordinating and leading the development of Civil Engineering projects, implementing a global strategy for departmental growth, planning and developing engineering processes and tools, managing resources, and overseeing a portfolio of activities related to Civil Engineering.
Pauline Laporte Weywada obtained a Master's degree in Dynamique des Structures et Systèmes Couplés from CentraleSupélec, studying from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued another Master's degree in Matières, Structures, Fluides, Rayonnement from ISAE-Supméca – Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
