Alexandre de Assis Silva has extensive work experience in various industries. Alexandre started their career as an intern at Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais, where they worked on projects related to risk management and process improvement. Alexandre then joined WinBRos Part. Gest. E Emp. Ltda as an investment and administrative assistant, where they conducted research for profitable investments and supported the management team.

Alexandre later joined JBA Arquitetura as an administrative office assistant before moving to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Australia as a sales intern. At FCA, they gained valuable experience in sales and international buying, working closely with teams from different countries and participating in global strategy planning.

After their time at FCA, Alexandre joined TOTVS as a senior project analyst and later became the coordinator of business models and services. In these roles, they coordinated sales and training teams, designed sales strategies, and managed the delivery of training to ensure an excellent user experience.

Currently, Alexandre is working as a sales director at K2 Partnering Solutions, where they oversee sales operations for K2U Brazil.

Alexandre de Assis Silva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC Minas from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical degree in Administration from SEBRAE between 2005 and 2007.
