Brian Amit Ray

Brian Amit Ray serves as the Head of Legal at K2 Space Corporation, bringing extensive experience from various senior legal roles within the space and technology sectors. Prior to K2 Space, Ray held the position of VP and Head of Legal at Epirus, where responsibilities included overseeing all legal matters for the company. Previously, as the Director and Head of Legal at Astranis, Ray managed corporate governance, complex financing transactions, and developed an Ethics and Compliance program. Additional roles included leadership positions at Maxar Technologies and SAP, focusing on government contracts, compliance, and data privacy. Ray's legal career began with significant positions at AECOM and Saipem, alongside involvement in political campaign management earlier in career. Ray holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, along with an LLM in Government Procurement Law from The George Washington University Law School.
