Pawel Suwala

Pawel Suwala has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pawel is currently working as the CTO at Load Impact, a cloud-based service for performance and capacity testing of REST API's and Apps. Before that, they were the Head of Engineering at Load Impact, where they helped clients optimize performance and discover weaknesses in their delivery systems. Prior to Load Impact, Pawel founded TekLager in 2017, an e-commerce business providing affordable electronics. Pawel also served as the Chief Technology Officer of LendingArch, a company they co-founded in 2015 to provide access to affordable loans. In this role, they built and managed three development offices in different locations. Pawel has worked as a Software Engineer at Optimus Fonder and Solid Equity AB and as a Software engineer at Get a Newsletter, where they led the development of both backend and frontend. Pawel began their career as a Software developer at Tentixo AB.

Pawel Suwala has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and software engineering. Pawel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in database technologies, from the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology. This program spanned from 2004 to 2008. After completing their bachelor's, Pawel pursued further education and enrolled in the Master's program in Software Engineering and Management at Linköping University from 2008 to 2010.
