Terrance L. Phillips

Terrance L. Phillips is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director at Game Changer Canines, Inc., where the mission focuses on transforming lives through the organization’s initiative. Prior to this role, Phillips accumulated significant law enforcement experience, including positions as Patrol Sergeant and Sergeant of Investigations/Clery Compliance Officer at Fayetteville State University from November 2010 to December 2022, and various roles at Fayetteville Police Department from January 2000 to August 2010, which included Patrol Officer and Detective in several specialized units. Educationally, Phillips holds an Associate of Science in Pre-Law Studies from Bishop and a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, building a strong foundation for a career dedicated to service and community impact.
