Charlie Hsu started their work experience in 2011 as an Event Director for UBC Starcraft, where they organized events, secured sponsorships, and managed membership sales. In 2013, they joined Vancouver Film School as a Flash Mentor for a few months. Later that year, they worked as a QA Tester and Game Designer for IUGO Mobile Entertainment until 2014.
