Danny Wood has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Danny began their career at The Minacs Group as a Customer Support Representative, Tier 2. Danny then worked at Target as an Electronics Supervisor for a year and a half. After that, Danny joined iEnergizer as a Customer Support Supervisor for about a year and a half. Danny then moved on to Blizzard Entertainment, where they worked as a Customer Support Representative Tier 2 for a year. Danny's most recent role was at Kabam, where they held various positions including Senior PX Agent for four years, Live Support QA for nine months, and currently, they are working as a Senior Player Support Agent.
Danny Wood completed their high school education at Central High School from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they acquired several certifications from Lynda.com in April 2018. These certifications include Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum, and Learning JIRA Service Desk.
