Diandra Tolton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Diandra started their career as a Research Assistant at the UBC Department of Psychology, where they conducted outreach and handled intake for research participants. Diandra then worked at The Headhunters Recruitment Inc., initially as a Recruitment Assistant before moving on to become a Talent Sourcing Specialist and later a Recruitment Consultant specializing in marketing and legal placements. In these positions, Diandra was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and client support. Most recently, they joined Kabam as a Talent Acquisition Partner and subsequently transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition & Programs Partner. As part of this role, they are responsible for managing talent acquisition processes and programs within the company.
Diandra Tolton holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia. Prior to that, they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from UWC South East Asia. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn.
