Ed Lo

Ed Lo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Ed began their career as a Computer Support specialist at Natural Resources Canada in 2004. From 2005 to 2011, Ed worked as a Systems Administrator at Storefront.com Online Inc., where they were responsible for implementing and managing highly available MySQL architecture, Puppet configuration architecture, and deploying and managing custom PHP web applications.

In 2011, Ed joined Electronic Arts (EA), where they held various roles. Ed started as a Systems Engineer and later became the Technical Lead - Sr. Systems Engineer. In this role, Ed led an operations team that provided online services for EA Sports websites and games such as FIFA, NHL, NBA, and MADDEN. Ed managed scalable and highly available on-premise and cloud infrastructure and implemented automation to increase efficiency.

In 2015, Ed assumed the position of Technical Director at Electronic Arts (EA), where they continued to oversee technical operations until 2020. In November 2020, they joined Kabam as a Technical Director, where they currently work, with no specified end date.

Ed Lo received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McGill University from 1999 to 2004.
