Sachin Kumar began their career in 2011 as a Front Desk Agent at Eaton Smart Transit Hotel in New Delhi Airport. In 2012, they joined Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Workforce & Planning Analyst and Customer Sales Advisor. In 2018, they became the Cluster Revenue Executive for Revenue Management at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers & Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island resort (Pre-Opening). In 2019, they moved on to become the Cluster Revenue Manager at Oakwood Hotels (Phuket, Pattaya and Oakwood Residence, Bangkok). In 2021, they were appointed as the Group Director of Revenue Management at AKARYN Hotel Group. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Global Director at KabuK Style Inc., focusing on business development, systems, data, and performance enhancement.

Sachin Kumar has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Himalayan University, Itanagar India, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018, with a major in Business/Managerial Economics. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Tourism & Hotel Management from Royale College from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Udemy in October 2021, and in Google Spreadsheet from Udemy in April 2021.
