Jim Spade

Jim Spade has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jim started their career as a Staff Accountant at Chris Candies Inc in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Jim then joined Napco, Inc. as a Cost Accountant from 1997 to 1999. After that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Airway Industries, Inc from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they held the position of General Manager and Controller at Chris Candies Inc. In 2006, they joined EDMC as a Senior Financial Analyst and worked there until 2007. Jim then joined Kadmon in 2007 and has held various roles including Accounting Manager, Controller, Vice President of Finance and Controller, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance.

Jim Spade has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from PennWest Clarion, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Robert Morris University from 1997 to 1999.
