Julia Mukhamedzianova

Julia Mukhamedzianova has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Julia began their career as a Member and Project Leader of "TIMES Semifinal" at ESTIEM in 2013. In 2016, they joined Colliers International | Russia as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Trainee. Later that year, they took on a Corporate Affairs and Communications Intern role at JTI (Japan Tobacco International). In 2019, they became a Digital Talent Recruitment Intern at Digital Talent Recruiter and a Digital Recruitment Internship at SAST - A Bosch IoT Start-up. In 2020, they were a Talent Acquisition Tech at Personio and in 2021, they were a Recruiting Partner at N26. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Kadmos, where they are responsible for hiring and promoting the company's blog.

Julia Mukhamedzianova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics between 2011 and 2015. In 2014, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Corvinus Business School. In 2016, they earned a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Technology from Technical University of Munich, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
