Robyn Walker

Robyn Walker has a wealth of experience in operations and customer service management. Robyn began their career in 2003 as the EU Sales & Customer Service Team Manager at Avis Rent a Car. In 2011, Robyn moved to arvato Customer Services, where they held the roles of Operations Team Manager and Team Leader - Consumer Imaging Group for Spain & Portugal. In 2016, they began working at Booking.com as a Customer Service Manager, and at Arvato as a Global Key Account Manager/Head Of Department and Service Delivery Manager. In 2017, Robyn was appointed Head of Loan Operations at Funding Circle Deutschland GmbH. In 2019, they became the Process Improvement Manager at solarisBank AG. In 2020, they were hired as a BPO Operations Manager - CS at SumUp. In 2021, Robyn was promoted to Senior Operations Manager at LINUS Digital Finance. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head Of Operations at Kadmos.
