Aygün Çakir

Aygün Aydin is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta, Aygün supports teams focused on user data privacy and security. Previously, Aygün was the Chief Technology Officer at fable+, leading the company until its acquisition by Accenture. A significant tenure at Turkcell involved roles such as Head of Engineering for Digital Services, overseeing the operation of various innovative services for millions of users, and managing teams that developed mobile financial solutions and digital content. Aygün's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, a Master's Degree from Boğaziçi University, and additional studies at Harvard Business School and Kocaeli University.
