Tina Yutim Hwang

Tina Yutim Hwang is an experienced education professional with a strong background in instructional management and special education. Currently serving as an Instructional Manager at Kai Ming Head Start since December 2019, Tina drives the design and delivery of training programs for over 130 staff members while managing projects aimed at enhancing agency-wide learning and development. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher at 三民家商, Curriculum Coordinator at Nihao Chinese LLC., and various teaching positions that highlight expertise in curriculum design, IEP management, and training coordination. Tina holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from National Taiwan Normal University, complemented by an international exchange program in English Literature at Ryukoku University.
