Erica Inge

Erica Inge is an accomplished instructional manager and designer with extensive experience in e-learning and training within the healthcare sector. Currently serving at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since May 2013, Erica has led e-learning initiatives and provided internal and external training to various stakeholders in the transplant community. Previous roles include consulting for UNOS through Signature Consultants, developing online training programs at Virginia Tech, and creating curriculum for social workers at Virginia Institute for Social Services Training Activities (VISSTA). Erica's earlier career includes significant positions in technical writing, product management, and human resources training at various organizations, supported by advanced degrees in instructional design, adult learning, and English.
