Delancey Padmos

Delancey Padmos has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They began their career as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Ypsilanti Public Schools in 2015. From there, they worked as an Instructional Support Teacher at FARMINGTON PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT in 2017. In the same year, they joined EDUStaff, LLC as a Substitute Teacher. In 2017, Padmos transitioned to SureScore, where they initially served as a Client Services Manager and later advanced to Senior Client Services Manager. In 2021, they joined KaiNexus as a Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Manager of Customer Success in February 2022.

Delancey Padmos completed their high school education at New Canaan High School from 2006 to 2010. They then attended the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Spanish. Following their undergraduate studies, Delancey continued their education at the University of Michigan from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Studies with Teaching Certification.
