Benjy Feen

Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Kairos Aerospace

Benjy Feen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Benjy started their career as a Unix System Administrator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993. Benjy then moved on to work as a Unix System Administrator at Amazon.com in 1999, and later at various Bay Area startups from 2000 to 2004.

In 2004, they transitioned to a role as an Instructional Designer in Engineering at Google, and later became a Technical Program Manager, Systems Operations, where they coordinated day-to-day operations across Google's corporate IT systems teams. Benjy worked at Google until 2012.

Starting in 2004, while still working at Google, Benjy Feen also began their own photography business, Benjy Feen Photo, where they worked as a Portrait Photographer until 2017.

Most recently, in 2017, they joined Kairos Aerospace as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

Throughout their career, Benjy Feen has gained expertise in Unix system administration, instructional design, program management, and infrastructure engineering.

Benjy Feen attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Rhetoric/Theatre.
