Henrik Lenerius

Henrik Lenerius is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development and customer success. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Kaisa since February 2025 and as an Advisor to the Founders at STILFOLD since February 2024, Henrik previously held the Chief Product Officer position at Alva Labs from November 2022 to January 2025, where efforts were focused on creating an equitable job market. Henrik spent a decade at Syncron, leading large-scale product development and establishing the Customer Success practice while managing a diverse workforce across multiple countries. Early career experience includes a role as Head of Internal Consulting Group at Elanders and a consultancy position at Accenture, specializing in supply chain management for notable clients like IKEA. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
