Rodd Santo

Rodd Santo is the VP, Consumer Goods & Retail at Kaiser Associates. Prior to joining Kaiser Associates, Rodd was a Senior Director - Strategy & Growth at EY-Parthenon from September 2020 to February 2021. Rodd has over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, focused on helping Fortune 500 companies drive sustainable growth through improved commercial and go-to-market strategies. Rodd developed solutions to improve clients’ operating effectiveness through process improvements, capability development, and advanced analytics that generate and sustain profitable, consumer focused organic growth.

Rodd Santo received their MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Corporate Strategy and Finance. Rodd also received their M. Arch from the University of Michigan in Architecture. Rodd completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in Architecture.

They work with Paul Mumma - VP, Ron Sokolov - VP, Public Sector Practice, and Azulina Green - Principal. Rodd Santo reports to Antonio Napole, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, LATAM.
