Diane Rowland has extensive experience in health policy and administration, serving as Executive Vice President Emerita at the Kaiser Family Foundation since July 1995. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Executive Director of the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured from October 1991 to August 2019. Additionally, Diane served as Chair of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission from December 2010 to January 2016. Diane's academic background includes a BA in American Studies/History from Wellesley College and a ScD in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, where Diane was also a Professor from 1987 to 1993.
