Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes is a seasoned professional in enterprise strategy and business development, currently holding the position of Principal Consultant at Kaiser Permanente since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ben served as Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations and Manager of Payer Strategy at Crossover Health, where responsibilities included developing long-term product roadmaps for payer partnerships. Experience includes managing large payer accounts at Vim as an Enterprise Account Manager and leading strategic projects at Oliver Wyman as an Associate.
