Aino Ilkka

Aino Ilkka is currently working as the People and Culture Lead at KAITO Insight Oy since March 2021. Aino is responsible for ensuring that the right people are attracted to and thrive in the company. Previously, Aino worked at Cloudator as an HR Manager from September 2020 to February 2021, an HR Specialist from January 2019 to August 2020, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist from September 2017 to January 2019. Aino also worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Cloudator from February 2017 to August 2017. Prior to that, Aino was an HR Trainee at ABB from February 2016 to February 2017. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Agent at TeliaSonera's B2C customer service, where they received training in sales, customer service, and software.

Aino Ilkka obtained a Bachelor's degree in German Studies from the University of Regensburg in 2015. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management at the University of Vaasa from 2012 to 2016. Lastly, they completed a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Vaasa between 2015 and 2018.
