Peter Bogini

Peter Bogini has considerable work experience in various roles. Peter is currently the Head of Business Development at Kaizen.Finance, where they oversee the company's full-stack cross-chain platform. In this role, they offer unique features and services to projects and investors, including token offerings, cross-chain transactions, and trading capabilities.

Prior to their current position, Peter worked as a Mentor at Techstars, starting in 2023.

Before that, they held multiple roles at LATOKEN, a rapidly growing crypto exchange. As the Head of Sales Operations, Leadgen, and Qualification, Peter made sales operations transparent and scalable using business analytics, while also managing talent and conducting listings on the LATOKEN platform. Additionally, they served as a Growth Manager at LATOKEN, where they searched for top crypto projects and built relationships to maximize co-marketing and price growth potential.

Peter's prior experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Latpred Capital, where they managed property investment portfolios and coordinated financial and executive work across subsidiaries. Peter was also involved in launching a regional agriculture project.

Before joining Latpred Capital, Peter worked as an Auditor in the Industrial Markets department at KPMG Russia from 2015 to 2017.

Peter Bogini received their Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management from the Higher School of Economics in 2015. In 2014, they also pursued a program in Innovation Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Additionally, they obtained a certification in ACCA from ACCA in 2017.
