Maggie Dahlia

Maggie Dahlia has been working at Kaizen Firm since January 2016. Starting as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, Maggie developed and maintained relationships with clients and candidates. Later on, Maggie transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager, where Maggie analyzed account details and listened to client feedback to introduce new services. Additionally, Maggie has experience as a Human Resources Manager, leading the implementation of HR policies and ensuring legal compliance. Maggie holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Jordan.
