Kj Shah

KJ Shah is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, finance, and investment banking. As Co-Founder and COO at Kaizen Labs since June 2022, KJ has leveraged extensive experience from previous roles, including Chief of Staff and Head of Finance at Flockjay, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO. KJ also worked in the Investment Banking division at William Blair, focusing on the Technology Group, and founded LandmarkEDU to assist underrepresented students in college admissions. Additional experience includes roles at Visa in the Global Technology Group and as a Founding Team Intern at SV Academy. KJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Education Minor from the University of California, Berkeley.
