Jea In Kim

Jea In Kim has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Research Internship at Seoul National University. In 2013, they worked as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Canterbury. From 2016 to 2021, Jea In Kim held the position of Director of Business (COO) at VIRNECT. Since 2021, they have been working at kakaobrain as a Business Development Manager and then got promoted to the Head of Corporate Strategy in July 2022.

Jea In Kim completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Ajou University from 2006 to 2012. Following that, Kim pursued a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) from 2012 to 2014. Kim continued their education at KAIST as a PhD candidate (ABD) in Human Computer Interaction from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, in 2011, Kim spent a brief period as an exchange student at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, studying Media Technology.
