Myungchul Shin

Myungchul Shin has extensive experience in natural language processing, starting from their role as a natural language processing employee at Daum Communications in 2006. Myungchul then joined Kakao Corp in 2014 to continue their work in natural language processing. From 2019 to June 2023, they served as an NLP researcher and engineer at Kakao Enterprise before joining kakaobrain as an NLP research engineer in June 2023.

Myungchul Shin earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering at Inha University from 1996 to 2003. Myungchul then pursued a master's degree in computer science and engineering at Pohang University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2005.
