Sam Ko has extensive experience in user experience and product ownership, currently working at Kakao Enterprise since February 2021, focusing on AI chatbots, voicebots, platform UX, and mobile UX. Prior to this role, Sam served as a Senior Project Manager at LG CNS from June 2019 to February 2021, specializing in conversation AI service UX/UI and commerce UX/UI. Sam's career began at Lotte Home Shopping Inc. as a member of the UX and AI service team from July 2016 to June 2019, and earlier at KCC Corporation in an accounting role. Sam also served as a Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Army from March 2013 to June 2015, specializing in artillery fire direction. Academically, Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kookmin University and was a visiting student in service design at the University of the Arts London in 2010.
