Eric L. Trachtenberg

Eric L. Trachtenberg is the current General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kala Pharmaceuticals. Eric has held this position since March of 2018. Prior to their current role, Mr. Trachtenberg served as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2015 to March 2018. Eric was also the Deputy General Counsel at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from May 2012 to February 2015 and the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Enobia Pharma from April 2011 to April 2012. Additionally, Mr. Trachtenberg served as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2007 to April 2011. Eric began their career as an Associate at Blank Rome LLP from January 1999 to December 2005 before moving on to Kos Pharmaceuticals as Senior Counsel from July 2005 to April 2007.

Eric L. Trachtenberg has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, General from Tulane University. Eric also attended Abington High School.
