Arjun Sharma

Arjun has over a decade of experience in advising on VC investments, M&A and general corporate mandates. At Kalaari, Arjun oversees the legal and regulatory aspects of investments and exits involving Kalaari. He also guides our portfolio companies on addressing the legal challenges they face in the course of their business and growth.

Arjun has worked at leading Indian law firms and, prior to joining Kalaari, was a partner at Anoma Legal. In his previous roles, he routinely advised institutional investors, start-ups and growth-stage companies on domestic and cross-border investments, acquisitions (business, assets and stock), joint ventures and exchange control regulations. He has also extensively advised companies on business-critical commercial contracts across diverse sectors from IT/ITES, e-commerce, ed-tech, media and entertainment, food and hospitality sectors. He is a graduate from Amity Law School (Delhi) and holds an LL.B.(H) degree.

Outside of work, Arjun is a keen military aviation, cricket, and Formula 1 enthusiast.
