Tanya Jachimiak

Tanya Jachimiak has a strong background in leading and directing compliance programs related to gender equity, access, and Title IX. Tanya has held positions at various universities, including Kalamazoo College, Michigan State University, Wake Forest University, and the University of Illinois at Chicago. In these roles, they developed and implemented comprehensive compliance programs, oversaw investigations of complaints, and provided counsel to university administrators on legal compliance. Tanya also has experience as an employment counsel and associate attorney, defending corporations against employment-related claims and providing compliance solutions.

Tanya Jachimiak received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1995. Tanya pursued further education at DePaul University College of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from 1996 to 1998. Tanya has also acquired additional certifications, including a License to Practice Law in Illinois from the Supreme Court of Illinois, and a License to Practice Law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
