Scott Kohler

Scott Kohler is the Vice President of Operations at Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, LLC. Scott has extensive experience in management and manufacturing, having served as a plant manager for Pullman Industries and a management representative at SKD Automotive. At Pullman Industries, they successfully oversaw all daily operations of a 39 million dollar facility with 250 employees. Scott also negotiated a 5 year contract with the UAW, oversaw the plant conversion from QS to TS16949, and launched 30 million in new business over 1 and a half years. Their implementation of continuous improvement and lean initiatives at SKD Automotive led to significant cost reductions.

They are on a team with Geralyn Aguinaldo - Client Relations Manager, Jennifer Creighton - Director of Client Experience, and Emily Brzezinski - Associate Kitchen Designer. Their manager is Pantelis A. "Pete" Georgiadis, Executive Chairman.
