Elizabeth Castleberry

Elizabeth Castleberry is a skilled librarian with extensive experience in youth services and public library administration. Currently serving as a Substitute Librarian at Kalamazoo Public Library, Elizabeth previously held the position of Head of Youth Services at Comstock Township Library, overseeing collections, programs, and a team of six employees. Other notable roles include Youth Services Librarian at Livonia Public Library and Youth Librarian at Canton Public Library, where responsibilities included providing reference services and developing community outreach programs. Elizabeth has also contributed to adult services and programming as Young Adult Librarian II at Three Rivers Public Library and as a substitute librarian at Baldwin Public Library. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public History from Ball State University.
