Matt Costello

Matt Costello is an experienced product design professional with over a decade of expertise in industrial design and strategy. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Kalderos since May 2019, Matt has played a crucial role in developing the design team and establishing a robust design system. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Senior Product Designer and Contract Industrial Designer for various Chicago startups, contributing to product line development and visual concepts. At IA Collaborative from 2011 to 2017, Matt led industrial design projects for notable global clients, focusing on consumer products and medical devices. Educationally, Matt holds advanced degrees in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
