Ashley Wilson Msha

Ashley Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities. Ashley Wilson started their career at VWR Education, where they served as a Brand Product Developer, conducting market research and launching new products. Ashley Wilson later transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked at Monroe County Department as a Health Business Operations Analyst, monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with work plans. Ashley then joined Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic as a Finance Manager, overseeing finance operations and managing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Ashley Wilson also served as a Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst, supporting process improvement strategies and managing collections and clerical staff. Ashley's next role was at Rochester Regional Health, where they were the Manager of Patient Financial Services and provided oversight for daily operations across multiple locations. Their responsibilities included supervising managers and staff and preparing operational reports. Most recently, Ashley joined Oak Orchard Health Center as the Director of Revenue, leading the billing and operations teams and implementing improvement strategies. Currently, Ashley is employed as the Director of Revenue Integrity, FERC, and Denials Prevention at Kaleida Health.

Ashley Wilson MSHA, CMC, CRCR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Medaille College, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Before that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts/Biology from Monroe Community College from 2003 to 2007. Ashley also attended St. John University from 2001 to 2003 to study biology. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College, achieved between 2011 and 2013.
