Hugh P. Chisholm

Hugh P. Chisholm, CPA FHFMA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Hugh P. is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Kaleida Health since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rochester Regional Health, where they held various leadership positions. These include Senior Vice President and CFO of Acute Care Hospitals from June 2022 to October 2023, Vice President and CFO of Acute Care Hospitals from November 2019 to August 2022, Vice President of Finance from April 2016 to November 2019, Senior Director of Finance for Hospital Affiliates and Corporate from June 2015 to April 2016, and Director of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis from July 2014 to May 2015. Hugh P. also served as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting from September 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, external audits, and tax compliance. Prior to their roles at Rochester Regional Health, they worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Fust Charles Chambers LLP from September 2006 to September 2012.

Hugh P. Chisholm, CPA FHFMA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher University, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Hugh P. is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the New York State Education Department in 2011. Additionally, they are a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional, certified by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in 2012. Chisholm is also recognized as a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, a distinction awarded by the HFMA in 2015.
